Over time, the watch has developed visible scratches on the case and clasp, and several wearing parts show signs of use and require replacement. The watch has been sent to Schaffhausen for a full service. IWC Goldsmith, Luka Gjon, works at the goldsmith machine to refine the case surfaces and edges, ensuring a seamless return to their original shape and polished aesthetic.
