This Big Pilot’s Watch (Ref. IW500401) is over a decade old, and was last serviced six years ago. Over time, the watch has developed visible scratches on the case and clasp, and several wearing parts show signs of use and require replacement. The watch has been sent to Schaffhausen for a full service. IWC Technician, Daniel Schuetz, reassembles the case of the watch with precision, preparing the timepiece for its return to the wrist in perfect condition.
