Crafting Lunar New Year Energy. Inside the Portugieser Automatic 42 Year of the Horse, the IWC-manufactured 52011 calibre comes to life. Its Pellaton winding system with virtually wear-free ceramic components powers a 7-day reserve across two barrels, while the gold-plated rotor, shaped like a galloping horse, celebrates the Lunar New Year. The 42 mm stainless steel case features a slender side profile and box-shaped sapphire crystals on the front and back, offering a clear view of the movement.
